I attended the Frankie Bollock evening in July. The historical timeline of her last days alive was wonderfully told. You could almost imagine being there. We had a short intermission with refreshments of the times. Banana Foster cupcakes to die for. Then the rest of her story. At 10pm we went to the historical ghost walk thru town. It's a must do! Franklin for such a sleepy little town came alive in the rich history telling. Looking forward October for our return visit!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Debbie look forward to seeing you in October!

ReplyDeleteMe and a friend attended the in-house storytelling event for the Frances Bullock mystery, as well as the walking tour afterwards. I felt as if I was right there with Frances the night she was murdered. The excellent reading really helped paint a detailed mental picture of the events that unfolded that terrible night, and brought her death to life fifty years later just as it had been so real for her fifty years before. We had a wonderful intermission with deserts and finger foods that were reminiscent to that specific time period. The personal affects and photos of Frankie helped you see what kind of delightfully unique individual she had been during her life cut so short. The walking tour was just as good and I had a lot of fun! I never knew how much haunted mystery our little town of Franklin held. I truely look forward to attending more evenings with this group! And I highly recommend booking and evening. It is very well worth it, and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Gregg and Pauletta for all the hard work you have put into this event/s !! Can't wait for more.
Thank you so much Stephanie it was a pleasure to present such a story. We look forward to more visits from you!
